I’m ME Project

Updated: Nov 2, 2022

“It is what it is, but it isn’t what it was.”

- Recognizing and connecting with the person that still IS -

Any sort of trauma, illness or loss can cause a person to lose some of who they were before.

Following the trauma, these people need to rebuild and regain their sense of self.

The way to rebuild is twofold.

  1. The person who has suffered a trauma needs to learn about themselves anew so that they can inspire, motivate, and educate the people around them.

2. The people around them must be inclusive, mindful, and empathetic to understand that even if a little different, they are still the same people they were before.

Everyone owns the right to be seen and respected, connected with, and included.

The “I’m ME” Project teaches how to recognize and communicate better with the person that still is.
